UPS maintenance

UPS routine maintenance visits will be carried out twice annually during normal working hours at times that are mutually agreed between clients and Dynax Power.

Maintenance covers the following criteria:

• Visual inspections of equipment
• The recording of electrical measurements to establish the operational state of the equipment
• Physically checking electrical connections for stability
• Analysing and resetting relevant pre-set adjustments where necessary
• Rectification of any faults or maladjustments found
• Inspection of battery voltages and tolerances
• Recommendations for any necessary actions to maintain/improve reliability of equipment

If equipment ceases to function satisfactorily the emergency service is available 24/7 for advice and assistance. Telephone assistance is always available for calls made out of office hours we have a Voice Bank facility. This service guarantees you will receive a call within 30 minutes of the initial call you made. A qualified engineer will visit your site if requested to do so.

Site Surveys

Site surveys consist of a detailed appraisal of your site requirements; if you require the updating of existing equipment then feasible options will be given. We also conduct installations carried out by our specialised engineers.

We can provide 24/7 assistance with a fast response at crucial times with contracts to suit all requirements
